What Are The Effects Of Smoking Hookah?

I smoked Hookah once (believing it wasn't the equivalent of smoking a cigarette), and now, I'm a bit concerned. These feeling could just be irrationality and guilt. I do not plan on smoking again. I was coughing the entire time. Am I at serious risk for anything? Please help me calm these fears...

coughing is one of the sypmtoms of respiratory problem
Take help of ur family physician and undergo some basic investigations to rule out underlying pathology if any
