What are the effects of RBBB ?

Hi, I am diagnosed with RBBB with no other major heart problems. I just wana ask if it will, in any way affect me in my everyday life or occasional activities. I m a male, nearing 20 years old. 1) I m a sporty person but i find that it s difficult to improve my stamina, can it be because of RBBB or am i just not pushing hard enough? 2) Since young, i feel really uncomfortable when i take roller-coasters. Instead of feeling the thrill like others, i feel more like, uncomfortable and wants it to end. There s a funny sour feeling at my heart.

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Welcome to HCM

Good Day
RBBB can result from many causes but if there are no findings on an Echocardiogram you don't need to worry. Continue training and stop worrying. You are fine. If you ever have any chest pain, breathlessness, giddiness you should be seen by your Cardiologist. Eat healthy, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, drink enough water. Exercise regularly. Stay healthy.
