What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?
i got my periods delayed for about 45 days...and had only a few drops of bleeding fro only two days then after i did not get my periods ...its been about more than 60 days...i wanted to know if am pregnant....i had nausea and vomiting and pain in breasts...and also frequent urination....are this symptoms of pregnancy??

Vomiting ,nausea, and frequent urination are early pregnancy symptoms.
But only with symptoms can't able to diagnose the pregnancy.
As you are 60 days last for your periods, get one ultrasound scan done , it helps is conformation of pregnancy.
