What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

i have not had a period since dec and its now march 29th , i have had unprotected sex also but two negative test whats wrong help me and i have also felt all the pregnancy symptoms like urinating fequently bloating crying for no reason feeling hungry 24.7 and wanting to eat weird things?

I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.

If your cycle was regular previously then you should worried about it.
As per details you are sexually active so i would advise to go for
- Serum Beta HCG Test--- As it is confirmatory test and give results within few days of pregnancy.
- Pelvic Ultrasound to rule out pregnancy or any other cause of your delayed cycle.
I can not Prescribe you any medication without knowing the status that is it pregnancy or not it is only possible after you test reports.
After that consult with your Gynaecologist or write again with reports.
