hi i have some weired symptoms n have dne a pregnancy test tht came bk looking like positive but i cudda mistaken it for inconclusive my symptoms are im constantly bloated kp gettin slight pains in my belly tiredness sleeping way mre thn normal mood swings had slightly painful nipples lol eating mre feeling shit then gd nxt min later n kp getting high temps and urinating more

Most common and cardinal sign of the pregnancy: absence of the period.
Variable symptoms of the pregnancy: slight abdominal pain, breast soreness and enlargement, darkening of areola, urine frequency, heaviness, tiredness, increased vaginal dischrge.
But all these symptoms should be associated with positive pregnancy test (after 7 days of missed period) and higher blood HCG level.
