What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
I have all the symptoms of being pregnant but i went doctors today and they did a quick test and it was negative, the doctor looked like she hadnt done one before so can i trust it. Plus im still ill and i had a couple of spots of blood last night when im not due on my period for a week and half.

It would have been better if you could have mentioned your symptoms. As you are not sure about the test done on you, I recommend you to wait till your next menstrual period. It you miss them, then do a urine pregnancy test which will give you accurate results by then.
Early signs of pregnancy are absence of menstrual period, nausea, vomiting.
