What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Me and my fiancé have been having unprotected sex and have not been using any contraception for over 6 months. My last period was the 26th November 2010 and it is now the 15th Febuary 2011 and still no periods, this is unusual because before November my periods was always regular. I have been to see my GP and have done two urine tests and a blood test and have all came back negative. i have got scan on the 10th March to see what is going on inside me. Im not too sure if i have had any symptoms accept had quite a few heasaches and feel much more tired than usual. So confused! can anyone help me.

if upt as well as scan is normal than chances of pregnancy is remote. headache and tiredness can be because of some other cause. go for thyroid profile test and other hormonal test to rule out prod as these two are common causes fo irregular periods in females
