What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hello. I am wondering if there is a chance I may be pregnant. My last period was Jan 13-18th. I had unprotected sex on Jan 19 & 28th and protected sex various times since then. On the 28th I had light spotting that did not last very long at all. Since then I just have felt "different". I've been ridiculously moody (crying, yelling, laughing...all in a matter of minutes), I've been sleeping 10-11 hours a night when I can, I am exhausted after being at work only a short amount of time, my appetite has changed and I feel as though I stay full longer, people keep saying something looks different about me, and my nipples and breasts have been EXTREMELY sensitive and sometimes painful...there have been moments I have tried to go to sleep on my stomach but my nipples made it difficult. And I also just overall feel different, I have been bloated for about 2 1/2 weeks now and my abdomen just doesn't feel normal.

I have taken 2 pregnancy tests and both have been negative. The last one was a few days ago. The thing is this morning I noticed some bleeding when I woke up and went to the restroom. Perhaps like the start of my period. I was actually shocked because i just feel pregnant. It's too early to tell how heavy the bleeding will get. I haven't had my usual cramps to warn me my period was coming.

I'm confused. I so desperately want to be pregnant, I'll be 30 in 4 weeks and have not yet been blessed with children. Am I fooling myself? Is it possible to bleed at this time and still be pregnant?

Hello.
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The bleed or spotting you had might had been ovulation bleeding.
Sometimes implantation can cause slight bleeding but it will be very slight and pink or kight red in colour.
Or it could be just start of your periods.
What i will suggest you is to increase your sexual activity and frequency during the time of ovulation. That is around 14 15 days after the 1st day of your periods.
That is the time when egg is released in fallopian tube and there is chances of pregnancy.
If it bleeds like your normal period then no question of pregnancy. If it is slight bleed then you can check for urine pregnancy test after 1 week when it can show up in the test.
If you aren't pregnant this time follow the above given advice.
I hope i have answered your query well. Thank you
