What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
i had what i think was a period but idk it came week early and it was 3-4 days instead of 6 which is unusual it was kind of heavy to so i took at pregnancy test 9 days later but it said negative im not sure if this is accurate i also took it at night . My breast are showing veins and my stomac is gassy and makes noises a lot i wanted to know if that foresure means im pregnant?

Early pregnancy symptoims are fatigue,breast fullness,cramps,nausea especially in morning,frequent urination etc.
You need follow up urine pregnancy test(UPT) after 10 days.
In early days,Urine pregnancy test may be negative due to less amount of HCG hormone in urine.
However,Ultrasound of pelvis is the investigation of choice for confirmation of pregnancy.It can detect G-sac earliest.
