What Are The Early Pregnancy Symptoms?

I had unprotected sex june 13th. THe first day of my period was around the 3rd of June. I took plan B within 10 hours of unprotected sex. I noticed that my nipples have been slightly tender or some what sore almost tingly. Could these be signs of pregnancy? Also the night I had unprotected sex I had taken amoxicillin.

Understand your concern
There is less possibility of pregnancy as you have taken plan B pill with in 10 hours. It is 95-98 percent effective to prevent the pregnancy.
Amoxicillin does not affect the effect of plan B pill.
As Plan b pill contain high progesterone level can cause tender nipple and breast. It also cause delayed/early menstruation due to hormone imbalance.
So it is not sign of pregnancy. Most confirmative sign of pregnancy id delayed period.
If period will delay by 10- 14 days then you have to think about the pregnancy.
Use condoms also in future to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
Apply warm pad application and gentle massage to breast.
