What Are The Early Pregnancy Symptoms?
Hi there Ive been on the injection now for nearly a year. I have never had a period on it and always have unprotected sex...im feeling sick,tired and get headaches alot...i also have bad bottom backache and keep having muscle spasms in my belly...could i be pregnant?

Vomiting, nauseating sensation, lower abdominal pain these are the common early pregnancy symptoms , but they are not confirmatory for pregnancy
my opinion is that first of all you should do urine pregnancy test with velocit kit to rule out pregnancy if you have missed your periods for more than a week
If it comes negative than nothing to worry
