hi
thanks for using healthcare magic

In drug there are lot of option like mood stabilizers in form of lithium, Valproate and Carbamazepine etc. Any psychotics can also be given in bipolar manic episode and in depressive episode, antidepressants are given. Treatment should be for longer duration, depend upon the number of episode. in therapy, u can go for behavioral therapy, occupational therapy etc.

Thanks
