What Are The Difference With Op Version Against The Oc Version?

80mg oxycontin 4times a day op type I find a great difference in the op version against the oc version. was wondering if dilaudid could be used in place of the oxycontin & what dosage ? I am also on Durogesic Patches change every 3rd day I live in Australia & have been on theis medication for 10 years & I m 57

There are two answers depending on whether you are using them legitimately or illegitimately.
The new form has additions to it to make it mess up when used illegitimately (crushed and snorted or injected IV). A blocker pops out and messes it up badly.
This is NOT likely the case or you would be reporting a MUCH WORSE problem.

Legitimate users of OP have noted the pill is just plain harder. It takes longer to digest and the time to begin working and the time to the peak effect and the OOMPH of hitting the peak are all blunted by the firm/hard new OP. But it tails off less sharply too.
