Suggest Medication For Crohn's Disease

I am having trouble obtaining supplies of Questran which I take for Crohn's disease.
My pharmacist is trying to get hold of the generic version. Will there be any difference when I take this. I have an intolerance to Aspartame so cannot take the Light version.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Bile acid induced diarrhea-being treated with Crohn's disease.
Ideally by FDA rule,the quality is to be same.Only check if it does not have aspartame -as sweetner in its coating.You can use cholestipol also.
