What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Without Ejaculating Inside Vagina?
Hi, I had sexual intercourse with my girlfriend two nights ago. I felt the sensation to cum and immediately pulled-out, ejaculating onto my shirt about a second after. I do not think that I cummed inside her. She has felt sick to her stomach the last two days...maybe it's pure coincidence or from her anxiety about being pregnant. What do you recommend? We are weighing the options of just waiting for her next period to hopefully happen or taking a Morning After Pill (which I read can be taken up to 5 days after).
You are not sure whether you have ejaculated inside her vagina. Moreover, just before ejaculation, there is always a pre-ejaculatory secretion (precum) which gets expelled unknowingly. Precum does contain some sperms which are capable of causing pregnancy. So you cannot presume that your intercourse was safe intercourse.
She should take post-coital emergency contraceptive pills within 72 hours of this intercourse. If 72 hours are already passed, this pill will be of no use.
If all this period has passed, you will have to confirm the status of her pregnancy. Beta hCG test 10 days after the last unprotected intercourse can detect the pregnancy reliably.
I hope this guides you sufficiently to take informed decision.

Hallow Dear, You are not sure whether you have ejaculated inside her vagina. Moreover, just before ejaculation, there is always a pre-ejaculatory secretion (precum) which gets expelled unknowingly. Getting intrauterine device inserted within 5 days of unprotected intercourse can prevent the pregnancy and then it gives further ongoing contraception for many years. If all this period has passed, you will have to confirm the status of her pregnancy. Beta hCG test 10 days after the last unprotected intercourse can detect the pregnancy reliably.
