my boyfriend used a spermicidal condom and we just began. when he looked, he realized it had slipped off. is it possible that some sperm may have oozed out and gotten me pregnant? he climaxed during oral and about 1o minutes later we began. what are the chances of pregnancy?

Hello,
The chances of leakage are present in the current scenario. If you happen to be in your fertile period, i.e., two weeks prior to the onset of your next period, you have a risk of conception. In that case, you may need to have some form of emergency contraception. Else, you can wait for your next normal period to happen and get help only if you miss it. If you use an emergency pill, please remember that it in itself can cause hormonal imbalances and irregular and delayed period. Hope this helps.
