me and my wife had sex with condom but after ejaculation when i took out my organ i felt some liquid on it though the condom was still on. i felt that whether some semen has come out of condom from upper side hence for protection and removing confusion i gave my wife unwanted 72 within 3 hrs of sex
but still i am afraid she might get pregnant. in this situation how much is unwanted 72 pill is effective.? does she can get pregnant even after taking it. within 3 hrs of sex?

I understand your concerns but you did right by giving your wife the pill as soon as possible after sex. The plan b pill is effective in preventing pregnancy in 97% of the cases. This means that despite using it there is a 3% chance that your wife gets pregnant.
