What Are The Chances Of Miscarriage After Taking Ice Baths?
so im an athlete and i take ice baths every day after i practice in extremely cold cold ice water. i just found out i was pregnant today after i had my ice bath, im about 5 weeks and ive been taking ice baths for 3-4 days a week for 2 weeks is it possible i miscarried?

Ice bath is unlikely to cause abortion.. But if you gat fever and cold after taking ice bath, this might affect the fetus.. In case of fever just take the right medication.. Get a scan after 6 weeks to see for fetal wellbeing..Excessive excercise in early pregnancy is not recommended.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
