What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant After 2 Consecutive Dosages Of Postinor 2 ?

Hi, my last menstrual period started with little trickles of blood on the 15th November but started flowing well on the 16th and i had intercourse on the 4th of December and my cycle is usually between 30-32 days. i took postinor 2, the first dose and 2nd dose within 24hours. What are the chances of getting pregnant

Hi,

Thanks for the query.

You had intercourse on about day 20 of the cycle. Day 14-20 or 22 are your high risk days. But since you have taken postinor within 24 hours the chances of pregnancy are very very low but not zero.

I suggest that you wait for your periods. If you miss your periods a pregnancy can be ruled out by a blood test at around the day of expected period and urine test about 7-10 days after the missed period.

Please do not worry as the chances are low.
