What Are The Chances Of Cancer If Having Cyst On Ovary And Having Surgery To Remove Ovaries?

Am 53 years old. Ultrasound shows 5 mn complex cyst. Catscan shows prominet ovary. Had hystomtory 25 years ago. Ca125 test came back good. Had severe endometriosis wheb younger. Surgery schedule next week to remove ovaries. What is chance of cancer

complex cyst will increase the chance of cancer. removing ovary will only give exact answer, whether it is cancerous or not. If u have completed your family, then this is the best option that is to remove ovary. In early ovarian ca, you may not get ca 125 levels elevated.
