What Are The Causes Of Tightness And Irritation In The Side Of My Heart?
I m 14 turning 15 and about 1 month ago I started getting what seemed to be a very strong cold with symptoms of a fever and strong cough that made me feel like throwing up and shortness of breath. Do you think I should consult my doctor. I am taking medication .

Fever,cold,strong cough,shortness of breath are signs of respiratory tract infection/allergy symptoms.
You are still young,to neglect illness at this age,has chances of having chronic problems/limiting your abilities for study or progress.
I would suggest you to consult a physician Get investigated ( CBC,Xray chest,sputum culture,allergy tests are done as per the indication) & get rid of the problem soon.
