What are the causes of right axis deviation ?

hi! i am a medical student and i am researching on a professional answer for the causes of right axis deviation! actually i have found some articles but i want more answers ! would you please help me? thanks alot!

Right axis deviation is normally due to muscular weakness of the external ocular muscles. In some cases it is hereditary, may be acquired after birth, due to myaesthenia gravis, etc. Complete examination by an ophthalmologist will help in making out the cause.
