Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Unilateral headache may be migraine if ear infection has been ruled out.
Pregnancy may aggravate headache in few people.
You can take precautions like timely food, proper night's sleep.
Avoid fasting, excessive tea or coffee.
Prophylaxis medications may be started if symptoms are continuous.
Flunarizine, propranolol, divalproate, topiramate and amitriptyline are options.
Pain killers like naproxen can be taken for relief.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
Regards
Dr Deepti Verma
