it is due to over excitement
in the initial years it is common
u need not to worry about it
if u are doing sex or masturbation and in them if u stay long then ,its okay
otherwise u have premature ejaculation problem.

it is not sperm it may the secretions normally come withsexual stimulation in normal healthy male specially in the younger teen age group
do not worry for it for sperm to come out you willbe having erection with stimulation and semen comes out at the height of excitement
this is also normal and not to worry for it
if you worry for it you will have to be away from sexual stimulation and developing control over your urge
