What Are The Benefits Of Retaining My Ovaries Post Menopause While Experiencing Cysts In Both Ovaries And Enlarged Uterus?
At age 51 diagnosed with 3 small fibroids. No issues. Today I am 53 and recently post menopause. Fibroids grew, largest is 11cm and more joined the party. Also have cysts both ovaries and endometrial hyperplasia. Enlarged uterus, constant pain which is sharp and stabbing. Hurts to walk, hurts to urinate, loss of appetite. Horrible constipation. Hysterectomy scheduled 12/31. What are benefits of retaining my ovaries? Wondering if another issue besides fibroids may be present.
