What Are Risks Of Returning To Work Too Early After Laprotomy?

What are the risks of returning to work too early after a Laparotomy to remove a 7cm Dermoid and one Ovary?
My FMLA plan at work allows only 1 week of short term disability after 1 week of personal vacation, totaling 2 weeks. It is my understanding that this procedure requires 4-6 weeks recovery. My job is sedentary and no heavy lifting is required. I am 2 days away from return time and have good mobility and just a small amount of pain although I do seem to tire easily. Please advise me as I don't wish to set back my recovery process.
