What Are My Chances Of Conception After Left Fallopian Tube Removal?

i am 35,had etropic pregnancy in2oo6 & left tube was removed.i had periods on 24th june.on 13 july,i.e,20th day the follicle ruptured.is it fine& what are the chances of conception as it was on left side.my cycles are delayed,follicle usually ruptures after 17 th day. is is ok?

hi it's perfectly alright . it depends upon the length of the cycle . post ovulation the cycle length remains constant at 14 days . people who have 28 days cycle ovulate at 14 th day and people who have 35 day cycle likewise ovulate on 21 St day. so it's not something to worry about . once you have missed your period and your urine test is positive get an ultrasound done to confirm an intrauterine pregnancy. all the best and take care.
