General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on your description it is difficult to predict that you could have conceived. It would be advisable to take a transvaginal ultrasound scan to know what could be the status.

Kindly consult Obstetrician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
