Hello,
If readings are consistent even after a gap of six hours and also while taken at rest, they definitely indicate hypertension. You need to contact your consultant for further investigation and management. She would need urinalysis, abdominal sonogram, stress test if needed, coagulation profile and general check up to look for any liver or eye changes. Anti-hypertensives usually help along with supportive management. Please avoid excess salt in the diet, avoid stress and ask her to take rest in the left lateral position. Hope this helps.
