What Are Concussion Symptoms?

My 2 yr old fell hard after a friend pulled him to a hardwood floor. He didn't cry at all, which is unusual for him, and looked a little stunned. Afterward, he got right up and seemed just fine the rest of the day. No bump or bruise, vomiting, lethargy, etc. Could he have still had a concussion?

Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your son's symptoms are not typical of a head concussion. As he is behaving normally, there is nothing to worry about. His reaction, could be related to the fear or surprise from falling.
I would just recommend trying to avoid a second head trauma in the next weeks.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards!
