Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question. First of all, i would like to tell you that for pregnancy, sperm has to fertilize an ovum. Ovum is usually released around 14th day of a regular 28 day cycle. During this time, if unprotected sex takes place and sperm enters and fertilize an ovum, then only pregnancy can occur.
Coming to your main question, even if you have not ejaculated inside then also precum or pre ejaculation can contain few sperms, which can enter and fertilize an ovum. So there are every chances that pregnancy can occur with only pre ejaculation, if it happened during the time of ovulation.
So from next time onwards, use complete protection to avoid pregnancy. Hope this will help you to solve your all doubts.
