What All Restrictions Should Be Done After Having Jaw Pain, Chest Pain And Abnormal EKG And High BP?

I had severe jaw pain, chest pain and shoulder and back pain and also an abnormal EKG with very high blood pressure. A little shortness of breath and severe headache. They said all other tests after the abnormal EKG were fine. They said no heart attack. Can that be right? Should I have restrictions to be safe (shoveling snow)?

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Right!
An abnormal EKG demands more tests – like Stress EKG and ECHO
Avoid strenuous activity until BP is controlled and stress tests exclude ischemia

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
