Hello,

The symptoms you had mentioned go in favor of adverse effects of Opioids or Morphine. Kindly, report the same to the prescribing physician such that he/she would review the dosage of Opioids or try other group of pain medication which he would tolerate better.

Regarding high blood pressure, it is clear that Lisinopril alone has failed to control. So, other group of anti-hypertensive is to be added. I usually recommend tablet Amlodipine along with Lisinopril once daily to my patients. After 1 week, you may check blood pressure.

If it is under control, you can continue both of them. So, please consult the prescribing physician and discuss the same before you make any change of medication or dosage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
