Wha Causes Tightness In Chest And Dizziness After Taking Food?

Hi. Although my own GP hasn't confirmed she thinks i am suffering from vaso vagal syncopy. I never have trouble on an empty stomache but a slice of w/meal bread is sufficient to trigger an episode-dizziness, tightness in chest and if I don't stop immediately I will faint. any advice welcome

Hello,
This does not sound like a typical vaso-vagal syncope episode. Have you had endoscopy to evaluate your esophagus. Typically if there are issues with your esophagus it can cause chest pain, tightness, and bread (and meat) is traditionally the food that causes trouble.
