Weakness, Fever, Diagnosed TB. X-ray Shows Patches In Right Lung. Breathing Problem, Loose Motions After Having Medicine. Why?
hi doctor! my younger sister is 15 years old but she looks like 10 to 12 years old girl! she is very weak! for the last 1 n a half month she is suffering frm fever! after so many tests doctor digone that she has t.b! because in x-ray report patches had seen in right lung n in LFT report a hypoechoic area measure 1.0cm. we give her first dose of t.b medicine today in morning beforebreakfast.. but after eatings hs she is feeling very hard in breathing1 and loose motions started!

Hi,
Confirm the diagnosis of pulmonary TB with a certified Pulmonary specialist. After confirmation of the diagnosis the Anti TB medications can be given in the morning AFTER light breakfast. Also please do ensure that the medications are as per weight. If there is associated acidity problem then an anatacid in supervision of your doctor can be given. Take all the medications slowly withing 15 to 20 minutes. If the loose motions still persists contact your doctor again.
