Weakness, breathlessness when lifting. Sweating profusely

Having just taken a shower, dried off and gotten dressed, my wife asked for a small favor involving light lifting. I began to feel very hot and weak. I ended up on the stairs sweating profusely and panting for about 5 minutes. I felt very weak and mentally internalized. As my breathing slowed down, so did the sweating. It s now about 10 minutes later and I feel like I ve been through the wringer. My heart rate is normal (about 70) and my temperature is a little low (97F). I don t think it was a panic attack as I didn t feel fear. There was no spinning sensation.
