masturbation in general doesnt have any side effects or any harmful effects.
i hope you are not doing it excessively a lot.
like many other tissue in our body penis is also made up from soft tissue.
so excessive mishandling of the organ can give you transient pain.but thats it normally.
and i am not able to undersdtand that what do you mean by "not strong"can you elaborate it?
