Walking Downstairs Is Very Difficult After An Arthroscopic Surgery
I have had arthroscopic surgery on both knees, and walking downstairs is very difficult. Even on level ground they don't feel very reliable and hurt. Is knee replacement indicated? I faithfully do various exercises prescribed by a physical therapist.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. Arthroscopy surgery may need a lot for accommodation, as it is a inside manipulation. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. Diclophenac sodium, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, till the pains are completely cleared. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
