Vomiting, abdomen pain. Is anything serious?

Hi, Yesterday from about midnight until two in the after noon I was throwing up. It seems to get better, but after I eat I feel some gurgling in the upper right abdomen and a tad bit of pain. I m thinking it s just indigestion, but it s better safe than sorry. Do you think this is anything serious or me just being a worry-wart?

Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your history.

Your symptoms might be because of indigestion but severe gastritis, or food poisoning should also be ruled out.

You should consult your doctor for expert examination and evaluation.

You may get benefit by taking anti emetic agents with antacids. Antibiotics might be required in case of food poisoning.

I hope it will help you.
