Vision Partially Shaded With Grey-round Object, Is Dominant On Closing The Other Eye. What Is It?

Good morning Doctor, i was driving last night when suddenly i experienced something on my right eye. The vision is partially shaded with colored gray-round object. It is dominant when i close my left eye and look at an object as if I am looking through a glass with gray-round though i can still figure out the things behind it. Please can you tell me what is this? Thank you very much.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,
You need to get yourself examined immediately by ophthalmologist and preferably retina specialist. The symptoms you are describing point towards retinal detachment. Final conclusion can be made only after the examination .
Thanks
