Very Mild Bleeding, Frequent Urination, Dull Ache In Lower Abdomen. Due For Periods Next Week, Sexually Active. Anything Serious?

Hi, I am a 20 y/o female, sexually active. My last period was on the 29th of April, and today is may 24th. I've recently felt overly exhausted to where at 3pm I could not keep my eyes open. This morning, I went to urinate and when I wiped, I saw a very light pink on the toilet paper. I put on a pad and a couple hours later, still nothing unless I wiped. There was a drop of blood in the toilet. So I put in a tampon and when I pulled it out, there was some blood, so I know it's not urinary. I've also had the need to urinate more frequently. Which isn't completely abnormal to me as I've had issues with UTIs. But this is slightly different. My cramps weren't normal, they were a little lower and they were more like a dull ache. Should I wait it out to see if it's just a period or could it be more serious?

Hi,
You are 20 years female, l.m.p.- 29-4-13, recently exhausted, spotting was there, frequency of urine.
Frequency could be due to U.T.I,or due to spotting, spotting in place of period could be due to anaemia, infection, etc.
You can use cefixime, haematinics, with the advise of your doctor for preventing such things, thank you.
