Vertebra Sticking Out, Bad Posture. Treatment?

hello, i'm currently 18 years old and started lifting weigths about 1.5 years ago and lately i've been looking at my spine (not that it hurts bad) and i noticed that 3 spines/vertabrea's (sorry english isn't my primary language) are sticking out. it's the one in the middle of my back and the 2 below that one. I've had a pretty bad posture and i'm trying to shape it up, will these 3 "bumps" stay visible for the rest of my life, or how can i fix this.

Hi! Thanks for calling on HCM. Your problem is due to bad posture and a training in the hands of good physiotherapist will be easing out your problem. The only treatment at this age is correction of posture while sitting and following exercises prescribed by physio. Take care.
