Using Nuva Ring Without Break, Skipping Periods. Having Heartburn, Back Pain. Pregnancy Chances?

Hi, I have been on nuva ring for about 4 months. i typically leave the ring in for four weeks and insert a new one at the end of the fourth week so that I skip my period.my husband and i do not use condoms and for over a week i have had heartburn and back pain everyday. Since i do not have a period each month i do not know if i am late. Could i be pregnant?
