Using Melacare Cream, Looking Fair But Have Pimples And Black Marks. What To Do?

i'm using melacare cream,,,even though i'm looking fair but what the said effects means pimples coming again again in that part i'm getting block marks...so what i should i do? i want use melacare or otherwise can i use any other products to reduce the pimples and help me i want look fair...i'm looking forward to your word................

Hi, the marks after healing may not be due to melanin, i advise you to prevent the eruption of the pimples rather than the clearing of marks after getting the marks.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment
You may need to have good food like green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods. take more of water, and wash face frequently with cold water with out soap.
I to my patient with such acne prescribe clarithromycin lotion for local application. If frequency is there have culture and sensitivity of the discharge from the acne, and get treatment accordingly. Thank you.
