Urine Analysis Shows Negative On Bilirub, Ketones, Glucose. Fasting Blood Is High. Is There Any Infection? Problem?

I had an urinalysis done on Jun18th. It showed negative on blood, bilirub, ketones, glucose, and nitrite but trace protein, leukest at 2+, wbc at 6, rbc at1,sq epth at 2, re epth at <1/hpf, and tr epth at <1/hpf and also a few mucus. What does all that mean? I understand that the 6 on the white blood cell count means an infection but my doctor did not mention. She was concerned about my fasting blood glucose being 103. Which was without my mourning meds for 2 days in a roll and not enough fluids.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your urine analysis picture suggests urinary tract infection. Mentioned number of WBC suggests infective etiology, so you need proper treatment for that. Definitely your fasting blood sugar level is high, you also needs appropriate antidiabetic drugs.
You can start antibiotics after culture/sensitivity report. You can take empirical treatment before that like norfloxacin tablets. You can also take alkalizing syrups.
Ultrasound of abdomen should also be done.
so, you talk to your treating doctor first.
