Hi. It sounds to me like gastritis attack especially if this already happened. Also GERD or hiatal hernia. Ultrasound wont show anything. You must do gastroscopy to evaluate how serious it is. Till that just avoid hard food and alcohol, coffee. Eat milk products and fruit. Also lay with your upper body elevated. You can try taking some other antiacid drugs such as pantoprasole or antacides. Also you IBD should be sonsidered. You simply need to find what food triggers these symptoms and avoid it. If pain persist then some more serious disorders need to be ruled out. Also this can be due to food allergy so avoid food that aggravates symptoms. Wish you good health.
