Unprotected Sex, Taken Pill. Late Periods. Negative Pregnancy Test Results. Suggestions?

I had sex with my husband with out protection. but I took i pill with in 2 hours after had sex. Normally my period start 4-6 date in any month.But after taking i pill my period not yet start. I had tested pregnancy by home pregnancy test 3 times during this month,report found negative 3 times.but my period yet not start,so I am so about .please give me some suggestion.

Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
You had unprotected sex with your partner and took emergency contraceptive pill, and there is no unprotected sex during the cycle then if you are not pregnant as your urine test is negative but delayed period.
Please visit a Gynecologist for examination and rule out pregnancy by blood Beta HCG and Ultrasound abdominal and Trans vaginal.
Once pregnancy is ruled out then possible other causes.
Progesterone tablet (I Pill) can delay the period.
Stress and anxiety, weight loss or gain, Thyroid problems, medicines like antidepressants and other and excessive exercise.
