the injections decapeptyl and fetigyn you mentioned are used to help the follicles release the egg
ususally after the injections the eggs get released in most patients between 24 to 48 hours
only when the egg comes out of the ovary - the chance to get pregnant is higher
however in some patients they do not rupture and it can lead to a condition of leutinised unruptured follicle
but you need to monitor atleast 2 to 3 cycles to arrive at this condition
