Unable To Have Baby, Sperm Test Says Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia . Meaning And Cure For It ?

Hello doctor actually iam married 3years now but we are trying for child from past one year but still my wife she can't get pregnant , but when we newly married my wife she got pregnant accidentally it's happened abortioned , and now we check with doctor they send me for sperm test and the result is Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia kindly explain me about what it's means and if its something problem then how can I cure this

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Oligoasthenospermia meaning there by your sperm count is low and percentage of active progressive sperm that are important for effective fertilization of female egg is also low.
Truly speaking there is no medicine that can improve motility of the scientifically to improve sperm motility.
Following measure will help you to improve sperm motility to some extent.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
Repeat semen analysis after three months .and look for any improvement.

Please consult qualified infertility specialist for guidance regarding help to impregnate your wife with newly assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or ICSI.
