Unable To Conceive, Weight Loss, High Thyroid And Prolactin Levels. Diet And Medication?
Hello Director. I am 22 years old. My TSH level is 6.50. and prolaction level is 29.46. I had married 2 years. I don t get pregnant. How to control my thyroid and prolaction level, which food i have to take? past 6 months i loss my weight also. and how many period i have to take thyroid medicine? and when i did i have to get pregnant?

Normally Prolactin level is below 20 ng/ml. Your Prolactin level is 29.46, thus high.
High Prolactin level inhibits, Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) ang Gonadotropin releasing Hormone (GnRH) essential for ovulation.
Common cause of high Prolactin level are Hypothyroidism and PCOD.
Though the treatment for high Prolactin level is available, but as you are suffering with Hypothyroidism, treatment for hypothyroidism may normalize your high Prolactin level.
You should consult a Physician/Endocrinologist for treatment.
Treatment for hypothyroidism is generally required throughout life.
